Authentication Error Help Page

To resolve this error message, please ensure that you are using the Chrome browser and attempt one of the following methods:

Quick Fix:

Click your picture in the top right corner of your Chrome window and select Open Guest Window
In the new window, go to https://cms.nps.gov and login using your PIV card

More Thorough Method:

Clear your browser cache. Begin by clicking the three stacked dots in the top right corner of your browser screen
Select More Tools > Clear browsing data...
In the resulting window, make sure the boxes for the following are checked:

Close your Chrome browser out entirely and open again for a fresh instance.
You will be required to login to all sites again, including the CMS: https://cms.nps.gov
